The main door opens onto a large common terrace with a sea view, offering a relaxing and panoramic environment. Our junior suite is the best room, offering a higher level of comfort and services. The rate is the most affordable ever, guaranteeing the best value for money. Included in the stay are breakfast, complimentary water upon arrival, free Wi-Fi internet, and daily cleaning and tidying service, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay experience. During your stay Alera Room & Breakfast offers a reception service with limited hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., alternating with on-call assistance. Please let us know your arrival time. Other things to note From 8 to 9.30 am we will delight you with a rich buffet breakfast, served on a panoramic terrace. At least 24 hours before arrival, given the absence of a reception service, the customer is required to inform the manager of the exact time of arrival, in order to receive an adequate reception. On the day of arrival, the apartment can be taken over from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 p.m., only self check-in is available. You will need to contact the owner in advance and you will be provided with the details. Upon arrival, guests will need to show a valid ID. On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. to allow it to be cleaned and prepared for other customers who arrive later.
