Guest access You have private access to the entire guest suite and the LEFT side of the driveway. The laundry room and driveway are shared with the main house guests. The entryway is the double French doors directly ahead of the driveway where there is a smart lock for self-check-in. There is a shared laundry room and outdoor areas that the guest suite has access to, but both doors lock from the inside to ensure security. Other things to note This is a two-unit property. Your space is separate and secured with double deadbolts, but shares a wall with the main home. The walls are thin, so some noise may be heard—let us know if it becomes an issue. Laundry, parking, and outdoor areas are shared with guests in the main house. The bathroom locks from the inside to ensure your privacy. The unit has private entrances with unique access codes for added security. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible depending on cleaning schedules—just ask!
