One double bed 140cm and one pull down bed 120cm ( suits one person or 2 children ) parking available on premises for a daily fee (posted in Fjellhallen) . Wine bar open seasonally restaurants in Neighbourhood short walk to town. Near famous swimming spot The space A gorgeous studio with ocean view with ocean swimming right in front and walk to down town in minutes. Kayaks available as well as one bike . Apartment is fully furnished with every detail including washer drier, wifi , tv, nespresso coffee machine, french press coffee , hotwater cooker, stove and fridge and freezer. Large private terrace on ground floor with furniture available May through mid september. Safe and quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the restaurants by the fishmarket ( a must see of Kristiansand) and right next door to the incredible building Kilden the concert, music opera house . Parking in near by mountain hall(fjellhallen) for nightly rates. Surrounded by water for water sports and located on an island with a short bridge to walk or drive to centre in minutes. Also next door to recreation and running or hikes on Odderoya. Studio is equipped with 2 beds ( 140cm, 120cm) sleeps up to 4 but ideal for 2 people but could sleep 2 extra on pull down murphy bed. Other things to note preferably one week stay. But minimum 4 nights.
