Nolin lake/Rough river country home!

Nice quiet place off the main road. Use it for a home away from home. 20 minutes from Rough river, Nolin Lake, and Green River. Lots of room for boats or extra vehicles. Fire pit is easily accessible from back deck. The back deck extends almost the entire back of the house for a perfect country view lounging on the patio taking in the 5 acre view. Make sure to stargaze at night! Dwelling is a mobile home. Home is on septic system. The space Very peaceful getaway! Extra twin bed with pillows and linens in large master bedroom closet/bathroom. House can sleep 6 comfortably. Guest access several dwellings in the back of property are restricted. Other things to note Lake in back is private property. but lake on map (City Lake Road) is less than a mile and within walking distance from house. Guests can swim, fish and canoe, but no gas motors allowed. It is an 80 acre water shed that feeds out to the near by residents.
