A penalty of RM500 will be charged if smoking is detected or if smoke odour is found after checkout. Heavy cooking such as frying, steamboat, or any other activities that cause strong odours is strictly not allowed. B)Parking Options: 1) Residence Parking (Level P5 – Enter through the second barrier at Level P5) Rate: RM8/day Monthly Discount: RM200/month -Subject to availability from the management (limited slots / first-come, first-served basis) -The only entrance is beside KFC at Atria Mall. Entering through other entrances will result in your car being blocked from reentering or exiting the Residence Parking area. If parked elsewhere (e.g., the Shopping Mall Parking), additional charges will apply. -Once you've reached Level P5, pass through the second barrier to enter the residence parking. There will be a guard stationed beside the second barrier. -Unlimited entry and exit -Directly connected to the mall at Level P5 -Direct access to your unit -Must be pre-booked with the management at least 2 days before arrival to check for availability -Access is via RFID using your car plate number – no access card is required Kindly take note: Parking outside of the Residence Parking area (e.g., Shopping Mall Parking) will incur additional charges. The system will also automatically block your car from reentering or exiting the Residence Parking area if parked elsewhere. 2)Shopping Mall FIRST 2 Hour - RM3 Subsequently - RM1/hour 3) Valet Parking : Weekday -RM16 for first 3 hours, RM2 for each subsequent hour. Weekend - RM14 for first 3 hours, RM2 for each subsequent hour. 4)Street Parking (Any parking outside the Atria Mall) -Monday to Friday, RM0.60/hour; RM5/Fullday -Use Tounch N Go to pay to MBPJ -FOC after 7PM until 8AM. -FOC for Public Holiday
