Located in Périgny, 15 minutes by bike from the Old Port of La Rochelle, our guest house Les Pertuis Rochelais offers you privileged access to the excitement of downtown La Rochelle coupled with the tranquility of the banks of the Rompsay Canal. We offer 1 Gîte and 3 bedrooms including a family suite accommodating up to 6 people. In a green setting, the SPA and heated pool from May to October are at your disposal. The space Consisting of 2 connecting bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, the Aix / Fort Boyard complex can accommodate up to 5 people. It also allows up to 4 people to enjoy a seating area for a reading/games break or a friendly moment with friends or family. The Aix room (18 m²) can also be booked alone for 2 people. Aix, the master bedroom, equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, has direct access to the bathroom and toilet. Fort Boyard includes, for its part, 4 comfortable beds: a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed. For pleasant and relaxing nights, we have paid special attention to bedding and all our beds are filled with top quality linen or washed percale. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink area and separate toilet. With its portholes and wooden "boat deck" flooring, it will take you on a sailing atmosphere between the islands. It is equipped with a set of towels made available for the number of people staying in the suite. For your lasting comfort, the towels, labeled Oeko-Tex Standard 100, minimize the risk of allergies and their environmental impact. Our breakfast offers fresh regional products whose composition varies according to the season: various breads from a local baker, dairy products, jams, fresh fruit, etc. It is served from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and is included in the room rate. The base rate includes accommodation for 2 people in the Île d'Aix room only, with its bathroom. If you want to book for 3 to 6 people in total, you will also have access to the Fort Boyard room through a door communicating directly between the 2 rooms. The price for each additional person is €40 per person per night, including breakfast. Other things to note In order to offer our Hosts accommodation that respects sustainable tourism, we produce the equivalent of our annual electricity consumption thanks to our photovoltaic panels. Our private and closed parking lot has a 7KW charging station for electric cars (see photo). Charging rate: €0.3/KWh. You will be able to recharge your vehicle during your night at Pertuis Rochelais. We have a closed bicycle shelter and charging outlets.
