This charming Craftsman was built in 1915, and was recently restored and featured on season 6 episode 5 of "Restoring Galveston" on the Magnolia Network. Only 5 blocks to the beach or the Pleasure Pier, this cozy and peaceful space is perfect for lounging, or resting up after a long day at the beach. Our home includes a sunny and comfortable office. Enjoy Galveston's East End with easy access to the Strand, the Seawall and all the Historical spots. Soak up all that is Galveston, Texas. The space This space has a comfortable living room, with a 50" Smart TV, free wi-fi, dining space and a well appointed kitchen, all in an open floor plan so you and your guests have a comfortable area to relax and spend time together. Our home is 5 blocks from the beach and Galveston’s Pleasure Pier. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Enjoy the well appointed patio area in the back with a gas and a charcoal grill for your cooking pleasure, outdoor furniture with a fire pit to enjoy the Gulf Breezes year around. Other things to note The kitchen has a coffee maker with a built-in coffee grinder for that fresh roasted coffee, an upgraded single serve coffee maker that also serves freshly ground coffee, and a teapot for all of your hot beverage needs. Dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans/cutting boards, a beautiful knife set if you enjoy cooking on vacation, a pizza pan, a toaster, built-in microwave, brand new air fryer, and all new stainless steel appliances.
