Located just 100 km south of Paris, between Chartres and Orléans, this independent house with a large enclosed garden offers the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and reconnect – whether with friends, family, or on a peaceful solo retreat. 🌿 Peaceful surroundings, heritage & nature Our house sits in a quiet hamlet surrounded by open fields and just a few kilometers from a forest for walks and bike rides. It is entirely independent, not overlooked, and set within a 2,000 m² enclosed garden with fruit trees, hedges, and a private gate. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (under your responsibility), and children can play freely and safely. Within an hour’s drive, you’ll find the Loire Valley castles (Chambord, Blois…), the medieval town of Châteaudun, or the famous Chartres Cathedral.
