There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit and a comfortable living room with two sofas that can accommodate two more guests. In addition, there is a bathroom and two separate toilets, one of which is located in one of the bedrooms, ensuring that there is always enough space for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, such as an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. We also have a washing machine at your service so you don't have to worry about finding laundry service during your stay. For your entertainment there are two TVs, free WiFi connection, books for children and adults, as well as board games. Finally, the house has large balconies with unobstructed views, a large yard with lush green grass and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor gatherings with family and friends. ======= In case there are guests on the same date in the second apartment and they want to use the barbecue, the barbecue area will have to be shared with them too! Otherwise, it should be used on odd days of the month from the first apartment and on even days from the second! ======= Our location is ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet area but still be close to the city. The city center is only 1 km away, where you can find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. For those who love sports, there is a free gym nearby at Zacharo's Municipal Stadium (2.5 km) with a football and athletics field and an indoor basketball court in the city center (1.7 km). If you want to enjoy the beach, we are only 3.5 km away from a famous long sandy beach. Lake Kaiafas, which is ideal for water sports and has hot springs, is just 2.5 km away.
