In the historic "Residenza Juvarra" is our loft finely furnished and completely renovated. Located in a strategic area that corners the famous Via Garibaldi that leads directly to Piazza Castello and all the main tourist attractions. It is located in an area full of bars, restaurants but with new and soundproof windows will allow you absolute calm for your relaxation. The apartment, thanks to its comfort is suitable for any type of trip. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the period building, right where the internal condominium courtyard stands, it can be reached by staircase or elevator. You will immediately find the living area with kitchen, sofa bed, Smart TV with streaming services, dining table, closet with pillows, space to store your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine. Complete set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, goblets and all the necessary utensils. At your disposal also the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and the juicer. In the modern bathroom you will find the shower cubicle, toilets and a mirror with light. There will also be a hairdryer, a courtesy set with shower foam, shampoo, soaps and a set of towels. The loft is complete with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We have also thought of the little ones, we also have a comfortable crib, being not on site, we ask if you need to let us know at the time of booking so that we can have you find it in the apartment. Please note that a supplement of 25 euros is required for late check-in from 9:00 pm onwards. In case you need the luggage storage, we note that it is only on availability and a surcharge of €5 per day per day per bag will be required. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation. There is an elevator to facilitate the transport of suitcases or bags. A few meters away you will find a guarded underground parking. Other things to note To embellish the accommodation, in the small balcony overlooking one of the small historic streets of the center of Turin, you will find a table to enjoy a breakfast or a good aperitif and enjoy a moment of relaxation. The presence of new and soundproofed fixtures makes the loft very quiet. A supplement is required to make the luggage drop-off that will be made at the concierge.
