Sitting in a quiet and leafy suburb of Buenos Aires, it’s an ideal setting for both restorative retreats and fun outdoor afternoons. Enjoy its spacious interiors, with original wooden floors and high ceilings, and flooded with natural light from the multi-paneled French doors. Feel the warmth of the bedrooms and living areas, carefully arranged for coziness and comfort. The first floor has two living room areas, a separate dining room overlooking the garden, a large kitchen and breakfast room, and a laundry room. On the second floor is the primary bedroom en-suite with a winter garden and terrace, two medium-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom, and a large TV room. A smaller fourth bedroom on the same floor can also serve as an office. The house fits 6 people comfortably. The front and back gardens are perfect for R&R. Chill out with your preferred summer read or lounge by the swimming pool with a G&T in hand. You can also practice your grilling skills in our semi-covered barbecue area, complete with an outdoor dining table, and enjoy an “asado” under the pergola. Plus, the river coast is a ten-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of restaurants, bars and waterfront activities.
