This amazing property is located in the heart of downtown St. Joseph and is within walking distance of coffee shops, local dining and shopping. This 1 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd story of the building with great views of the historic downtown. There is street parking on both sides of the building, keypad entrance with personal code, free WiFi and YouTube TV. The living room has a sofa bed, couch, love seat and ottoman, full kitchen with bar seating and a spacious bathroom. The space I do have another loft that is directly next door to this unit. It would be perfect for multiple families traveling that need to be close to each other. The parking is limited to two hours Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. After 6pm on the weeknights and all day during the weekends, the parking is not limited and you may park for any duration of time. Please note, there is a possibility that you could get a parking ticket if you are parked longer than 2 hours. But you should also know the parking lady usually leaves at 4:30pm☺️ If you can’t locate a parking spot, there is a free, secure parking garage located on the corner of 8th and Felix.
