Stunning detached annexe near Yarmouth.

Located in a corner of a beautiful garden set deep in the West Wight countryside, The Annexe is a detached brand new build in a gorgeous rural setting near Yarmouth, right on the popular Isle of Wight Cycle Route. We are surrounded by fields, yet close to so many of the wonderful Isle of Wight "must-see" places; stunning beaches, beautiful downland and forests, peaceful harbours and lively towns. Perfect for walkers too as our home is on the Hampstead Trail with very little traffic around us. The space The Annexe is a brand-new, well-designed light and airy space. It provides a stylish, comfy and deceptively spacious living area along with a cosy bedroom with lovely en-suite shower room. The calming decor is Mid-Century Modern in its theme but also very influence by the gorgeous garden here, and furnishings are a mix of reclaimed and brand new along with a mix of original artwork (Julie is an artist). There are USB charging points in the rooms and a good WIFI connection. There is a bright and well-equipped kitchen for your use and you will be provided with a delicious breakfast "starter pack" on on your arrival; bread (home-made as often as possible!), jams, milk, butter and more. In front of the Annexe, beyond the sunrise-facing decking area, there is a private garden (in progress!) with views beyond to the surrounding countryside. Guest access Access is through a side gate and through the garden. There is a private garden but guests may like to enjoy other parts of the larger outdoor space. Other things to note If you are coming by foot I may well be able to pick you up from the Yarmouth ferry terminal. You can easily manage without a car here.
