Are you traveling with older children or four-legged friends, or do you like to start your morning with a run in nature and perhaps take a dip in the morning swim? This 50-square-meter top-floor two-bedroom apartment with a balcony is suitable for travelers who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Welcome to Kelloniemi, 3.5 kilometers from the center of Kuopio with good transport connections! The accommodation includes a parking space near the apartment. The space The two-room apartment (2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + toilet) is rectangular and you can move around the apartment from one room to another. The bedroom has two entrances with doors, both from the hallway and the kitchen. The bedroom has a bed with a 160 cm hard mattress, opposite which is a lovely electric fireplace to create atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains. For passenger luggage storage, the bedroom has both a closet and a drawer cabinet. From the bedroom there is access to an oblong-shaped kitchen, which is well equipped for cooking. Kitchen appliances: microwave, cooker hood, electric stew pot, blender, mixer, waffle iron, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small blender, fridge-freezer. Utensils and dishes: Dinnerware for at least four and the kitchen has all the basic cooking tools you need. Also, snail pans and wine glasses as a special mention. Basic foodstuffs: Basic spices and a little extra, oil, olive oil, butter, flour, sugar. For the busy and hungry traveler, morning coffees and teas, and in the cold weather, an emergency supply of lunch! You can use everything you find in the cabinets From the kitchen there is access to the living room, where you will find a dining table for four, a 140x200cm sofa bed, a bookshelf and access to a glazed balcony where smoking is allowed. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch Samsung Qled TV. By sharing your phone's internet, you can use the TV to watch your own streaming services. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have its own WIFI. The living room has access to the hallway, at the other end of which is the access to the bedroom and bathroom. The hallway has a coat rack for outerwear, a cleaning cabinet and a white shelf with a door, where you will find board games and necessary supplies for dog owners. Outdoor shoes can be stored under this cabinet. The bathroom shower area is equipped with a rain shower and a glass door. Above the sink cabinet is a mirror cabinet for storing hygiene products. A hairdryer is provided by the house. In the bathroom, next to the toilet, there is a top-loading washing machine (6kg) for guests to use. Basic laundry detergents can be found in the hallway cleaning cabinet. I use scented detergents myself, so if there are people in your party who are allergic to fragrances, please let the host know in advance! The apartment was renovated in 2021, so the apartment is in good condition. I would describe the condition of the accommodation with a rating of 8+. Signs of living and to-do list fixes can always be found in apartments, including mine. I have listed my more detailed comments in the "guest guidebook" to give the guest the most realistic picture of the accommodation possible. It should be mentioned here that the guest should be prepared for the sometimes faintly clicking vinyl plank seams, in my opinion a noisy cooker hood and a stubborn stain on the living room's sofa bed. Guest access There is a separate dressing room in the hallway) that guests do not have access to (locked). Other things to note There is no elevator in the housing company, so there is 24 steps of exercise to the apartment. There is no air heat pump in the apartment, but there is a portable tower fan in the bedroom. Fortunately, the sun shines directly into the apartment only until noon, so in the hottest times, by closing the curtains and windows, the apartment stays at a human level in my experience! The apartment has a lot of sharp corners and the living room bookshelf is not attached to the wall. If you are traveling with lively toddlers, please get in touch and we will see what can be done to improve the child safety of the apartment. Unfortunately, there are no small children in my immediate family, so I hope that guests will take this into account when packing their own toys and other necessary children's supplies. I would like to remind you again that pets traveling with you should be used to apartment building life! Unfortunately, dogs that bark a lot are not suitable for apartment accommodation. I have a lot of different hobby equipment, from tennis rackets to paddleboards, and usually an even number! I have also acquired all sorts of things along the way, so if something essential has been forgotten on the trip, then feel free to ask if I might have any supplies to borrow! I am also an extremely dog-loving person who does not currently have a dog of my own. If your dog suffers from separation anxiety or has to be alone for long periods of time during your stay, feel free to ask if I would be available to walk or accompany your furry friends! This would be more than a pleasant task for me :)
