Immerse yourself in a bucolic atmosphere in our charming caravan! Equipped with a hot tub, it also features a wooden building with a kitchen and a shower room. You have a wooded plot at the edge of a forest to spin on the hiking trails! You will enjoy the tranquility, the birdsong and you may see deer in the woods! Venture out on the hiking trails, and discover the surroundings: bastides, castles, lakes, bike paths... The space **Inside** The trailer is equipped with 2 double sleeping areas – with blackout curtains – that can accommodate up to 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). If you need to accommodate one or two extra people, we can let you pitch a tent near the trailer for €10 per extra person per night. It also has storage space as well as a small cabin with sink and mirror. * The toilets are shared with the occupants of a "ready to camp" tent. * Our caravan offers you a break from everyday life, a return to basics and an immersion in nature. Therefore, you will not find an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a TV, or internet access! But you'll find plenty of other things to fill you up!!! * Sheets are provided for the duration of your stay. However, we kindly ask you to bring your own towels and bath linens. **Outside** - Jacuzzi - Terasse - Summer kitchen - Garden furniture You will enjoy many green spaces including a terrace with garden furniture, gazebo, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, fridge, storage and all the necessary kitchen accessories. Finally, a wooden cabin houses the sanitary area with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Access to the trailer is via a private road and you have a parking space right next to the trailer. Minimum stay is 1 night. +++ If you want to stay with your pet, please let us know! +++ Guest access * Shops Bakeries, butchers, newsstands, pharmacies, and supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the trailer. (Monségur and La Réole) You will also have the opportunity to explore our local weekly markets in the surrounding area: Mondays in Duras, Tuesdays in Sauveterre, Wednesdays in Créon, Thursdays in Eymet, Fridays in Monségur, and Saturdays in La Réole or Bazas. * Tourist and nature activities Here we are at the junction between the department of La Gironde and Lot et Garonne, but also very close to the Dordogne. This situation offers an endless array of discoveries!!! For example, you can visit the bastides and villages of the surroundings such as Monségur, La Réole, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Blasimon, Meilhan sur Garonne... And also the castles of the region, for example that of Duras (47), Nérac (47), Bonaguil (47) or Villandraut (33), Roquetaillade (in Mazères, 33), and the castle of Malromé (former home of Toulouse-Lautrec in Saint André du Bois, 33). You'll have the opportunity to cool off in the lakes of the region (Fontet, Blasimon, Casteljaloux) or on the beaches along the Garonne (Marmande, 47) or along the Lot (Clairac, Castelmoron sur Lot, 47). Finally, we recommend that you discover our magnificent courses by canoeing on the Garonne, the Dropt or the Lot. You can also enjoy a bit of adventure by trying tree climbing in Sainte-Colombe-de-Duras, or go for a bike ride along the Garonne Canal or towards Bordeaux on the Roger Lapébie bike path! You've understood, there is no shortage of outdoor activities and visits in our beautiful region!!! Other things to note - Neighborhood: The trailer is situated on a 6,000-m² wooded lot that also houses several tourist accommodations: a cottage, a lodge, a wooden dome, a teepee, and a tent. Each unit is private and located at a distance so that each group of vacationers feels comfortable in their own space and can fully enjoy their stay! - Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the trailer. - Housekeeping: When you check out, you are asked to do a minimum of cleaning and tidying up (clean the dining table, put away the dishes, sweep the floor, etc.) even though you have paid the cleaning fee. - Waste sorting: To help protect our environment, PLEASE sort your waste during your stay (glass / cardboard packaging / compost). - Wine: Thanks to a partnership we have established, you will have the opportunity to visit a small organic winery just minutes from the accommodation.
