The space This inviting residence comes fully furnished for your convenience, featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 60-inch TV with cable, streaming services and complimentary WIFI. Accommodations include a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom with built-in twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for shared use. This home not only offers comfort and style but also includes free private parking for two vehicles, a gas fire pit for cozy evenings, a hot tub for relaxing soaks, and an electric BBQ for convenient outdoor cooking. Situated in a prime location, our home offers easy access to beaches, scenic hiking trails, diverse dining options, and a variety of sporting events including games from the Giants, A’s, Warriors, 49ers, and Earthquakes. For your beach days, we supply beach towels, mats, chairs, and toys for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to the lower house unit, back yard, and Ocean View deck. The top in-law apt is owner occupied by my mom/co-host, Kathy . It has a separate entrance with no access from within the main house. We give our guests space, but are available when needed for any questions you may have during your stay. Other things to note We ask all guests to sign a short term rental agreement to finalize the reservation. Access codes to the house will not be provided to guests until this agreement has been returned. The San Mateo County Short Term Rental Permit # is MNA2018-00009. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this vacation rental. The cleaning team cleans and sanitizes our home according to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. For any trip, think about signing up for travel insurance. Airbnb now offers travel insurance for guests. Travel insurance is a relatively affordable option that can protect you in case of an injury or emergency or last minute cancellation on a trip.
