[AKI] Central Osaka Apartment for 10 Guests

We are offering a fully-private apartment in a centrally-located building in Osaka with access to Namba, Kuromon-Ichiba, and Shinsaibashi on foot. The apartment is furnished with four double beds, one sofa bed, and one futon floor mattress to sleep up to ten people. We provide complimentary basic amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and free Wi-fi. The building also has an elevator and there is an on-site coin laundry. The space We offer one of a selection of clean and convenient rooms for up to ten guests in each. Please note that the actual room number and access to the room will be shared with our guests on the morning of check-in before 10 am and is based on availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate room preferences based on the listing photos, or layout configuration type and we will assign a room based on the availability only. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for room layout preferences. Our 50 square-metre, non-smoking apartments have been furnished with four double beds at 140 cm x 195 cm, a sofa bed at 120 cm x 195 cm and a futon floor mattress at 100 cm x 210 cm to sleep up to ten guests in total. As a general rule, we will set up the double beds first, so there is a requirement to sleep separately or if there are any specific bedding arrangements, we ask guests to contact us in advance of their stay. We also only provide the beds and bedding already present in the room - unfortunately we are unable to add extra beds. For our guests' comfort, basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and body soap are provided. We have also made available free Wi-Fi in the apartment. In addition to the above amenities, each room also features air-conditioning units that can be used to heat or cool each room to our guests' preference. A induction heating electric stove, microwave oven, toaster oven and kettle are provided along with a basic refrigerator, basic crockery and cutlery for cooking and dining at home. We also have a bathroom with a bath and shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided, along with one toothbrush, and one face towel and bath towel set per guest. We also have a separated western-style toilet that comes equipped with a washlet system We also provide a laundry machine, detergent and softener in the apartment, but please note that there is no tumble dryer feature. Please either hang laundry out to dry or please use the coin laundry / launderette on the first floor of the building at your own cost. Our building is equipped with an elevator to assist with heavy luggage of those with mobility requirements. A full, photo-guide and map to the building will be sent upon the completion of your reservation. Guest access The amenities provided in this property are as follows: * 1 x face towel and 1 x body towel for each guest. Knives, forks, spoons, and chopsticks. * Basic crockery. Plates, bowls, and cups. * Basic cooking tools. Spatula, ladle, scissors, kitchen knife, 1 x medium frying pan, 1 x small cooking pot, 1 x food preparation cutting board. * 1 x Japanese green tea bag per guest. * 1 x set of disposable slippers per guest. The amenities not provided in this property are as follows: * Pocket WiFi. * Free on-site parking. Please use nearby coin parking. * Rice cooker. * Yakiniku plate / Takoyaki plate /O-nabe plate. * Salt, pepper, oil, or seasoning. * Clothes iron. * Bed sheet changes or extra blankets. * Extra beds, futons, or mattresses. * Changes to the layout of the room or relocation of the beds. * Daily room cleaning service. Trash collection can only be done for guests who stay for 7 days or more and is only at the guest's request. Collection is subject to staff availability. * Fresh towels. * Toothpaste. A small amount is provided upon check in, but extra will need to be purchased at the guests' discretion. * Heated flooring. * Baby beds or baby cars / push chairs. Other things to note Please note the following before making a reservation: 1. Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons we no longer provide salt, pepper, oil or seasonings in the room. Please purchase these separately at a supermarket or convenience store. We appreciate your understanding. 2. Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited in our property as this is a residential area. We must respond seriously to any noise or disturbance complaints from neighbouring residents due to parties being held and penalties may be imposed upon guests found to be in violation. We kindly ask that guests agree to this and refrain from using the property as a party space and to respect the neighborhood before making the reservation. Thank you.
