Large Apt, Heart of Condesa, One Full Bedroom

Hello! RENTING THE ENTIRE APT! I will not in the apt while it’s rented. That being said, this isn't an Aribnb-only rental property like many on here , I actually live here, remember how Aribnb used to be? I am an artist. The place gets tons of natural light, it is well ventilated. It is an older building so it has all that charm included, tall ceilings, big windows. I've lived here for almost 8 years now, it is my home and I can say it's magical. The space This place is perfect for singles or couples. One full bedroom with a queen bed, one office, one large living room with Apple TV, dining room, full kitchen and on full bathroom. Really amazing location, steps from heart of condesa or roma norte. Guest access The whole apartment. Other things to note It is a first floor walk-up, or I guess in the USA it would be the 2nd floor. There is a metal gate downstairs. It is in an area that is popular so there will be street noise sometimes, vendors and music. Nothing too bad, I work from home and I am not bothered by it. Great coffee and breakfast just downstairs, you can also call them they'll bring it up (kinda like room service lol)
