Vacation Home "Gîte de Charme du Saladin" with Private Garden Chalet atmosphere in this warm and comfortable charming cottage in the heart of a peaceful village at the foot of the Princes and Clergeon mountains, between lakes (Annecy, Bourget, Léman, Aiguebelette) and mountains (Bauges, Bornes, Aravis, Chartreuse, Mont Blanc, Jura). You will quickly feel at home in this warm cottage in an old farm typical of the Albanian. Built and fitted out by its owner, the gîte is made with noble materials (untreated wood, stone) and natural materials (wood wool, fermacell (gypsum and cellulose)) in order to create a healthy environment. This is one of the reasons why we ask tenants not to smoke inside. Beams, brushed wood, lime plaster and molasses (local stone) give characterexceptional in this warm apartment  planned to accommodate 4 people (2 real air-conditioned rooms with bathroom and wc, sheets provided without supplements), pets not allowed. Fully independent with balcony, lawn and private parking. 60m² on 2 levels plus annexes - 2 bedrooms each with their bathroom - underfloor heating, wood stove, air conditioning - many services - Ideally located, the cottage is close to many hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails in winter (we lend you snowshoes, poles and sleds) but also all forms of skiing. The many rivers offer a multitude of magical little corners for romantic walkers, bathers and experienced fishermen. The owners, keen hikers, can tell youthe most beautiful walks adapted to your level. Many books, topos, maps and tourist brochures are at your disposal. Innumerable small quiet roads lead cycle touring lovers to discover the territory where countryside and mountains blend harmoniously.  Finally everything is there to offer you a successful holiday.
