Large detached house, new pool our 24, 1-4 families

Very family-friendly home and surroundings. New high quality pool coming in spring 2024. It is very well heated, chlorine-free, sloping bottom, bench, and integrated slat cover. Large space for play and relaxation inside and outside. Among other things, available during Arendalsuka. The space 8 bedrooms, one of which is in a separate studio, and one is a glass dome outside. In total in the house there are four bathrooms, with a total of 4 toilets, 3 showers (1 of them is double), and one bathtub. There are a total of three washing machines and two dishwashers. There are also a total of 4 refrigerators, and two available freezers. There are two living rooms, plus a living room in the studio and a basement room with TV. There is a smart TV in two living rooms, and TV with altibox system in the studio living room, basement living room and in the master bedroom. We provide toys for children of different ages, and set out the foam blocks from the toy universe. There is a Nintendo Switch available. There are two travel beds in the house. Outdoors There are several areas with outdoor furniture. The pool area is located in front of the house, with little insight and nice views. Dining tables, sofas and chairs are distributed around the property. There is a large trampoline, new in 2022. There is also a playground with swings, slide, climbing wall ++. There is an older Weber grill that works fine. Right next to the plot there is also a large playground with artificial grass, balance toys, birdhouse swing, climbing wall and a little more. The house has a large lawn, and large driveway with room for several cars. Bed linen and towels are included. Before check-out, it is desired that people do a simple vacuuming, collect used towels and bed linen, and quickly check the kitchen counter. We will take care of the rest of the cleaning/preparation. During a rental in July 2024, a wood louse was observed. Mapping and control measures have been implemented.
