It can easily sleeps 8. The living sectional and a couch can sleep 2 people. So 8 to 10 people can sleep. We love the feedback we receive from the current or past guests and implement their suggestions as quickly as we can. We just added large outdoor pea gravel patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The home is very close to Alpharetta business district. So do your business and come and unwind here. Wanna host Bridal shower or wanna do small ceremonies then this may be ideal home for it. You may host your small yoga and wellness retreats here. The location is suitable for Indian families as lots of Indian grocery stores, restaurants and temples are in close proximity. Film makers can shoot their film in the home and outside in the woods. It has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. It is one floor living. It has full unfinished basement. The kitchen is large and open to family room. A nice office space off family room. The large deck to enjoy outside. A fire pit to enjoy campfire with glass of wine or your choice of beverage. We have done total rehab and new furnishing inside with everything brand new including new bedroom furniture, mattresses, sheets, pillows, comforters, towels, sofa, dining area, light fixtures, dinnerware for eight and list goes on. The kitchen, family, living and dining area is pretty large for gathering or celebrations. The place is set up for cooking normal meals. If you have need for large pots and pens then we can probably try to accommodate you. It will be case by case and based on the needs. Please let us know ahead of time. You have a very large flat green land outside to gather as well. We can certainly allow you to rent few chairs and tables at an additional cost should you desire to do something special. The key location will be disclosed when you are ready to check in. So you can self check in. However, we typically meet the guests at the time of check in. We try to meet you to make it easy for you if we can. Your privacy is important to us. We will be available when needed. It is an independent home on 4 Acres. A personal transport will be needed. There is a public bus and train service but you will need a ride to get there. An uber and Lyft is available in the area. The home is on open land and on road, so we respect if you walk out with socks on or bare foot then please wipe or wash your feet in order to prevent dust from getting in. The location is close to major state highways. It is very near to Lake Lanier, with lots of picnic areas, boating rentals, hiking places. The location is suitable for Indian families as lots of Indian grocery stores, restaurants and temples are in close proximity. It is close to Alpharetta, Avalon, Halcyon, The Collections at Forsyth, outdoor mall with shopping and dining. No equipment or heavy vehicles of any kind or for any industry is allowed to park or stored.
