The Barn is a tranquil hidden gem where luxury meets countryside charm. A hot tub, roll top bath and wood burning stove on our 15acre Georgian farmstead, minutes from Ripon, was renovated 2023 Our private huge oak garden gazebo ensures the perfectpeaceful outdoor-living holiday. The seating, fluffy blankets, huge hot tub & perfect lighting makes this the ultimate getaway for making memories. Prepare to be enchanted by our friendly donkeys, baby goats, sheep & fields where dogs can run free The space Sleeps 5 adults, 1 small child and 1 travel cot. The living area is simply huge, with huge beams draped with dried hop flowers -perfect for everyone to snuggle in front of the wood burning fire on super comfy sofas. The is a large smart TV, with a vintage dining table for 6. The kitchen is open plan so you can chat to everyone while preparing that essential charcuterie and cheese board. Then the large oak patio doors lead onto the loveliest garden area - perfect for outdoor holidaying! Our west facing garden is such a social area, with a huge oak gazebo, roomie seating and dining area, twinkly lights and a giant Jacuzzi hot tub! The skies are black here at night and stars are so much easier to see, we provide fluffy blankets for the colder nights so you can sit in the large seating at the dining table and chat to those in your hot tub which are just next to each other. Twinkly lights, low mood lighting make rainy uk nights almost enjoyable - perfect for memory making. The garden gets the sun from mid-day until the sun goes down. We have to add that although we are rural, we maintain a tranquil peaceful environment for all guests, the animals and our neighbours. We are sorry to be party poopers but this is not the venue for a loud outdoor hot tub party. The large master king bedroom has stunning vaulted ceiling with original beams and lots of light. An antique bed, dressing table, wardrobe. Bedding is crisp white and high thread count, all finishes are of the highest quality. The large en-suite bathroom for the master has a walk in shower, all natural stone, wc, large basin all finished to a high spec with luxurious products from 'The Bath House' in the lake District. Our towels are huge, white and very fluffy - no expense spared here. The Double bedroom is a private semi-enclosed mezzanine level, with stunning vaulted ceilings, drawers and hanging area. The third enclosed mezzanine is a single bed with a pull out trundle suitable only for children. Guest access You have a large parking area outside your property and garden, and you may roam the fields outside to your hearts content. Don't forget to bring a carrot for the extra friendly donkeys, baby goats and sheep. You can go into the goat enclosure and groom and snuggle the baby Pygmy goats and the famously friendly Valais blacknose sheep always want a tickle No access for dogs in certain fields if the sheep are in or the donkeys. But never fear there is a dedicated field for dog zoomies If you want to groom the donkeys, or goats there is a collection of brushes, treats and hand sanitiser. Other things to note The property sleeps 5 adults and 1 child. The third bedroom is a single bed and trundle bed (pull out from under the bed - only appropriate for children / very small teens) This is not the location for a loud hot tub party, we are rural so the noise travels, our neighbour has elderly parent, rescue and pregnant horses. We are very strict on maintaining the tranquillity of the farm. There is a beautiful outbuilding that has a laundry room and all important beer fridge and full sized freezer. There are all products you might need for laundry (all eco friendly from Miniml), coconut laundry detergent and conditioner is divine), there is a collection of books, yoga mats, washing machine, iron and board.
