We are located on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam, overlooking the dam and the Cordón del Plata. Our house is ideal for an unforgettable "getaway" to disconnect from the routine and connect with nature and enjoy the surroundings, with all the amenities. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite and overlooks the Cordón del Plata, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, also overlooking the dike, and the third bedroom has a small kitchenette and a single bed. It has two bathrooms: the en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and another full bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have a balanced flue stove. Living room with fireplace and digital salamander grill. Fully-equipped kitchen with a full set of dishes, a coffee maker, wine glasses, among others. It also has a large outdoor deck with a grill to enjoy the sun and a delicious barbecue. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Board games and children's play area (slide and swings) are available. IMPORTANT: the house is ecological, so you have to be careful with the consumption of energy, water and gas. It works only with the energy from solar panels. Guest access The house is located 30 minutes from Villa Potrerillos and to access it you have to cross the railway bridge and drive 11 km on a dirt road until you reach the neighborhood where the house is located. It is recommended to use a van to access (it does not have to be 4x4) on the dirt road. You can also get there by car, but it will take longer to arrive, about 40/45 minutes. That's why we recommend that guests bring food and supplies in advance for the days of their stay because if they need anything, they'll have 30 minutes to the nearest store. We will also leave you what you need for cooking (salt, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, sweetener). Ask about food service (we can leave you what you need to cook during your stay for an additional cost) On the other hand, there is a descent to the north coast of the Potrerillos dam where you can access it by van or on foot. We leave you a kayak with life jackets to use in the water. IMPORTANT WINTER VACATION (months: June, July and August) During these months, the water supply is very low since the water comes through pipes from a slope and, in winter, the pipes freeze and the water must be brought by trucks. That's why during these months the maximum stay is 3 nights and for a maximum of 4 people. This way, we'll make sure you have a great stay with enough water.
