With a brand new kitchen, bathroom and utility room Little Frith has been recently modernised and updated. It is nestled in between the New Forest and the South Downs national park, with the big cities Southampton & coastal Portsmouth less than 25 minutes away and the closest town - Wickham - only a mile away. The space In Little Frith there is: - one double bedroom (with space for travel cot) - brand new fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster & kettle - brand new fitted bathroom with a bath/shower - private patio overlooking fields - high ceiling lounge comfortable sofas & TV - wifi - brand new fitted utility room with washer, dryer and necessary utilities - conservatory that links to a fenced patio with outside furniture - off-road double parking space leading to private entrance - small double sofa-bed (extra charge) -A desk can be provided if required, please ask after booking if this is needed. OPTIONAL EXTRAS: - travel cot set up (free) - sofa bed set up with bedding & extra towel (+£15) Please note: We have 3 very friendly dogs in the adjacent garden at the back of the property! The travel cot for babies under 2.5 years is free and the sofa bed set-up is £15 - as it comes with all bedding & an extra towel. This means that if you are bringing children (over 3), a friend, a sibling, a third wheel or an additional guest, then you can use the sofa bed for an additional charge of £15. - The charge is for the additional set up, cleaning, extra bedding and towel provided. The sofa bed is set up in the lounge, where there are blinds and curtains. - If the sofa bed is used without paying the charge, then the original fee of £15 PLUS an additional cleaning fee will be requested upon checkout.
