It is well equipped for the comfort of all guests. We have a privileged view of the Atlantic Forest, with many birds and a beautiful late afternoon. We are 400 meters from the sea and have easy access to several beaches. It will be a pleasure to welcome you. The space Our space has 2 bedrooms (one is a suite), + 1 bathroom, all bedrooms have bed and bath linens and ceiling fans. Laundry room with washing machine and some cleaning products, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils... We have a spacious dining room that meets the TV room, which also has a ceiling fan. Our balcony has a gourmet space with a barbecue and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Forest. The building is very quiet and has an elevator. A great place for those looking for quiet, beachy and cozy days.
