Roann Holiday Home with Hot Tub is set in a spacious plot on the front of the park at the end, with unspoilt Panoramic Sea views. A Spacious outside Decking area for you to sit, enjoy watching the boats, maybe see a seal and porpoise and be one of the first to see the beautiful sunrises. The private spacious Hot Tub as well as the seating includes a reclining seat to put your feet up. The Hot Tub is situated to the side of Roann solely for your use to relax and unwind in whenever you so wish. The space Roann Holiday Home is Modern, light and Airy with an Open Plan Lounge, Freeview TV, and Dining area,. Up to 4 guests, One double bedroom Plus en suite toilet and One Twin bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen including a Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer, Microwave/grill combi and Fridge Freezer. Shower room, toilet and basin. Outside chairs and table are provided on the decking area. Centrally heated and Double Glazed, so ideal for all year round holidays. A Complimentary Welcome Pack is provided including Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk. All Bedding, Towels (Bath Sheets, Bath Towels, Hand towels, plus Hot Tub Towels and Tea Towels are supplied for each guest.) Check in on Arrival day from 3pm Check out on Departure day 10am. Guest access The whole of the holiday home plus the outside decking and Hot Tub for exclusive use of guests staying in Roann. Other things to note There are only 6 other holiday homes on the park including the hosts Mim Mike, son Jamie and their two cats Charlie and Mr Nuzzles :-) As part of our standard cleaning procedure Roann Holiday Home is deep cleaned each time after guests leave and before new guests arrive. The Hot tub is cleaned every time.
