You will be close to so much that Philly has to offer: → 7-min walk to Center City → 11-min drive to PCC → 5-min drive to Independence Hall - This spacious Sosuite is located on the third of a walk-up building floor, so make sure you are comfortable with stairs before booking. - Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee - Pets are welcome for a $15/night per pet cleaning fee (capped at $250/month) - A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed. - Located on the 3rd floor. Please read our house rules attentively. 1. 2. As per the building rules we operate, we require you to e-sign this waiver before checking in. 3. Regulations require us to request a photo submission of your ID before you can check-in. We will send you a pre-check-in link to satisfy the requirements of house rules 1-3. 4. The following is strictly prohibited during your stay: 1. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 2. Dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., those that may increase the risk of fire or explosion such as candles or lighters); 3. Firearms and other weapons (except those rightfully possessed by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards); 4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent 5. Illegal activity, 6. pornography production, or prostitution; 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation. 8. Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the unit or its contents (including moving furniture around); 9. Soliciting or loitering around the space or building; 10. Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or offensive odors or attracting pests); 5. Only members of the Rental Party are permitted to stay overnight in the Rental Unit. Anyone else the Guest allows in the Rental Unit (a "Visitor") is the sole responsibility of the Guest and is strictly forbidden unless approved by The Company. 6. Check-in is at or after 4 pm on your check-in day. Checkout is at or before 11 am on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, starting at $55 per hour (pro-rated) after 11.30 am. 7. Pets are allowed (upon request) for an additional fee starting at $15 per pet per day. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. 9. Public and common areas of the building, such as hallways, parking, and the lobby, operate video surveillance devices. 10. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules.
