The accommodation consists of three apartments and a rustico for up to 15 people. In between, a private courtyard with a barbecue, fire bowl, lounger and pergola with a granite table for enjoying, lounging and grilling together. The property is made up of 4 separate units: "Cuddly rustico" with 2 bedrooms up to 5 persons "Appartamento Grande" with 3 bedrooms up to 6 pers. "Appartamento Amore" 2 pers. Appartamento Grande: This newly renovated 4.5 room apartment, with its 3 bedrooms and large newly built kitchen, is ideal for families with children as well as for a group of friends. It features a bathroom with shower and a fireplace in the living room. It is located on the raised ground floor of an old, typical Ticino residential building with an inner courtyard. Rustico: The cozy Rustico has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. One double bedroom and 3 mattresses on the floor under the roof. A living room with a fireplace and a pergola with a granite table in the courtyard. Appartamento Amore: This spacious 2-room apartment is our couple's apartment. The double bed invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace and the open floor plan is ideal for two people. The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, traditional Ticino house with a courtyard to enjoy & grill. Appartamento Amici: The deliberately simply furnished apartment in the backpacker style is an affordable accommodation for uncomplicated friends. Guest access All four apartments and the courtyard are at your disposal. The hot tub is already filled and heated in the cool months. On request, an additional basement room can be used as a living and dining room with tables and chairs for up to 16 people. Other things to note The property offers several families or a group of friends the opportunity to enjoy a vacation together and still have their own private areas. The residential building consists of a total of 4 apartments. 3 apartments plus the private apartment of the uncomplicated owner. The Rustico is located on the opposite side of the courtyard.
