Our charming and private guesthouse has the BEST location and all the comfort and tropical coastal charm you’re looking for in your next getaway! The Azure Guesthouse is completely private - outside there is a shaded and private outdoor space and inside an open loft that sleeps 2 adults, living area with sofa & smart TV, full bath, kitchenette with dining space, and laundry. Located in walkable Southside Village with restaurants and shops at your doorstep and 8 min drive to the best beaches! The space The Azure Guesthouse is a large, open and bright loft studio space above the barn-style garage on the property. The guesthouse sleeps two adults (queen bed) with option to also include a child (we have a pack and play or blow up bed available if needed). The guesthouse has a large open loft upstairs with skylight, includes a full bath, and the loft space also has a sofa lounge area with TV for when you want to 'Netflix and chill'. There is air conditioning on both levels. The guesthouse space also has a fully functional kitchenette with a dine-in space and separate laundry facilities on the ground level. The kitchenette includes a full-size stainless steel fridge, two burners, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the cooking and eating materials needed to enjoy a meal in (or just make your takeout look good!). Outside we have a private tropical patio with a table and chairs for dining al fresco or enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We provide plush beach towels for guest use. Tesla EV charger is also available for guest use. Please note no smoking is allowed on site. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire Guesthouse. Parking is available for guests for ONE car in the driveway on the far right side (no RVs, boats, etc). Other things to note The Azure Guesthouse sits back from the main house where we live with our two young children. Please note there is a strict no smoking policy on our property as our son has severe asthma. Thank you.
