Whether you choose to bring family or friends to this great secluded private annex with lots of room both inside and out, you are sure to have a relaxing time. We are only a two minute walk from the award winning pub and restaurant The Fox & Hounds, (booking recommended, especially if arriving friday). There are lots of countryside walks and being central to either Norwich or the coast you won’t be short of things to do. The space Completely self contained, open plan kitchen lounge and diner. Two spacious double bedrooms of which one can be made up to two single beds on request. Bathroom complete with large corner shower. Towels and all bedding provided. Hairdryers and iron & board in both bedrooms. The garden is fully enclosed with a patio and garden furniture to sit and relax. We also have a wood fired hot tub where you can unwind under the stars. Please note there is an additional charge of £20 per night for the use of the hot tub with a consecutive two nights minimum use. We do however provide you with extra towels and lightweight spa dressing gowns and disposable slippers for to and from the tub. We fill with fresh water for every guest and light ready for your arrival. We’ll also maintain the hot tub during your stay. Guest access Coded electric gates and key safe to annex. Codes will be sent on the morning of arrival. Other things to note We have two very friendly dogs Clive (Golden Doodle) & Rachel (Black Labrador) that will want to say hello although they can’t get into the annex garden. We work from home and very occasionally we may have work movements going out of the gates, but these are kept to a minimum and shouldn’t affect your stay.
