Two bed, one bath home located in established residential neighborhood with a big back yard for enjoying the cool evenings. Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome. Well behaved pets (and their owners) are welcome! There's a driveway in front with room for two vehicles. There's also oversize vehicle parking available in the back. The Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail is directly across the street from the front porch. The Cielo Grande Aquatic and recreation center built in 2019 is one block away. The Nancy Lopez and Spring River Golf courses and Cahoon and Cielo Grande Parks are all in easy walking distance. If there's anything that you need while staying here, please just message me. Otherwise, I prefer to allow my guests to have their privacy. Guests with pets, please note: one of our neighbors has a pit bull mix who is in his backyard most of the time. The yards are separated with a fence, but he is likely to bark at you when you first go outside. He's just doing his job, and protecting his home, and there have never been any incidents of him getting into my yard. But some guests were worried by his bark (and the bad PR that pitties have gotten) and so I wanted to make sure to inform potential guests that he's there. The Cielo Grande Aquatic Center (built in 2019) is one block away. The Nancy Lopez golf course is one block away. Cahoon park is four blocks away. New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) and the downtown area (where all the alien fun can be found) are both within a five minute drive. Plenty of on site parking. Public transportation is not available.
