The entire second floor encompasses the stunning primary suite and a private covered deck with long-range spring/fall/winter views. The trees are protected, so the summer long-range views are instead beautiful views of some of WNC's native mountain trees. Over 1,300 square feet of elegance with a sumptuous king bed, a private living room, an in-wall gas fireplace, and a dream bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and tons of closet/storage space. Additional information *Small dogs under 30 lbs welcome; sorry, no cats or big dogs at the request of the owner. * Elevation is about 2,956. It is close to Jump Off Rock, which is a 3,100-foot summit of Echo Mountain. Two bedrooms: 1. King upstairs with its own bathroom; must climb stairs 2. Other things to note This is a brand new custom designed, decorated, and built vacation home and it's ready for you to enjoy. For your convenience, there is an excessively large covered carport that is big enough for four cars/trucks or an RV. Plenty of other parking as well. If we get snow/ice during your visit, we do not have the equipment to remove the snow from the driveways. Shovels and ice melt are left at each home. Many homes in our neighborhoods DO NOT plow their streets. You may have to wait until the roads clear before you can leave, so be prepared just in case. 1) Always check the weather before your visit. 2) Please make sure you have food and supplies to enjoy a few days at the house just in case.
