The space Our family home "La Villa Djebel" combines modernity and tradition both by the presence of the famous Essaouira stone and by its decoration. The villa consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large open and equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, citrus juicer, blender, etc.), a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large living room – dining room, a shaded terrace for outdoor dining, a swimming pool, a private garden with trees, a large petanque area adjoining a traditional stone bar, a solarium on the roof offering a 360° view and 2 private parking spaces. The decoration is very neat, all the TVs in the villa are equipped with international channels and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available as well as a Bluetooth speaker. Bedroom 1 / Master Bedroom: 1 king-size bed, garden and pool view, flat-screen TV with all international channels, large dressing room, safe. This bedroom suite has its own private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size double bed, with private terrace, flat-screen TV with all international channels and dressing room. Bedroom 3: two twin beds (convertible to a 180 bed), garden view, flat-screen TV with all international channels and a walk-in closet. We can also (on request) provide you with a baby crib with mattress and its set as well as a high chair. The solarium: large roof terrace offering a 360° view where it is particularly pleasant to contemplate the sunsets, equipped with armchairs, bench, coffee table, sunbathing, all in the colors of the mythical Majorelle blue. The garden: swimming pool, dining area in the shade of the pergola, barbecue, several terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs, petanque court and its traditional stone bar. Everything is planned so that idleness and relaxation await you in the shade of palm trees with a direct view of the lake. Other things to note The reservation includes daily cleaning, towels, pool towels and bed linens. Our housekeeper ensures daily maintenance of the villa, at a time agreed with you. She is also available to cook your meals if you wish (100 DHM for breakfast, 200 DHM for lunches and 300 DHM for dinners including return transportation of the housekeeper by taxi in the evening after service – excluding taxi fares). Gardeners maintain the garden and pool every week. Additional cost for pool heating (if necessary) of €30/day (325 DHM/day) between October 15 and May 15.
