This cozy downstairs suite is minutes from APSU and downtown Clarksville. It features a KING size bed, kitchenette, and a tile walk in shower. Bake something yummy in the toaster oven or sip some coffee while you watch Netflix or Disney+ on the Roku TV. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. You may share outdoor areas with other guests or hear noise from upstairs unit guests. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. I live close by to assist guests with any issue but I usually give guests space.
