It can be accessed by stairs. The studio apartment comfortably sleeps 2 with a queen bed, has a small kitchen and bath. Guest access Guest have full access to the second floor studio apartment and the balcony. Other things to note The first floor of the back house is an office space that is used daily by both hosts. The front house is our family's primary residence, guests may see or hear us in the back yard.
