Our boutique apartment complex is the CLOSEST facility to the Houston Texas Medical Center, located less than 1 mile, safe walking distance from MD Anderson and Texas Children's Hospitals (0.7 miles away), Woman’s Hospital of Texas (0.7 miles), VA Hospital (0.9 miles), and NRG stadium (1.5 miles). We are less than 0.5 miles from the gorgeous brand new TMC Helix Park! The spacious unit is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, in-suite washer/dryer, hard wood flooring, and free parking! The space This 1 bedroom condo is a spacious 1000 sq feet! You will have your own designated indoor parking spot. A handicap spot is available if needed. Pets may be acceptable in certain situations and with additional fees. Please inquire! Please, no parties allowed. Guest access Self check-in instructions will be provided, allowing you to arrive at any time—day or night. We’re located just 10–15 minutes away and are always available if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note The unit is on the 2nd floor. The building does not have an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans in case you would like to prepare meals. A few basics including salt & pepper, sugar, and spices; if you are in need of any groceries, we would be happy to guide you to the most convenient locations to retrieve the items. The unit has a smart thermostat. We kindly ask that you do not lower the unit less than 72 degrees during the summer. It can be expensive to cool large units in Texas’s heat! In the winter, we also provide a space heater for the master bedroom. The suite has a washer and dryer. The unit has a standard-sized bath tub with shower. It is not a walk-in shower. Each unit has its own tankless water heater, which provides plenty of hot water for the shower and sinks throughout the home. Due to the higher water flow of the bathtub, bathwater may be warm rather than fully hot.
