The space The Santeria Modern Loft is a beautiful accommodation, in the heart of the city, located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building. In the living room, with its unique design and LED lights, you will find a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch Samsung smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Prime video, Disney plus) that becomes an enchanting picture every time it is turned off, always making the environment around you different. The kitchen is truly modern, equipped with everything you could want, an induction cooktop, a convenient dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Lavazza coffee maker and of course all the necessary dishes! The living area is completed by a solid wood table, inserted between the old stones set in the environment and the soft lights, to give a unique atmosphere to your dinner! This is where the magic of Santeria happens!!! The sleeping area includes two spacious bedrooms: one double and the other with two single beds, but if needed they can be joined to make a double bed. In both, you will find comfortable mattresses for your nights, soft memory foam pillows and open wardrobes with drawers to arrange all your stuff in an orderly manner. In all rooms you will have full control of the air conditioning through a simple digital display! A sensational bathroom, from the special majolica tiles to the wall-mounted bathroom fixtures, not to mention the spacious 140cm long shower! All this is completed by a state-of-the-art 10.5 kg washing machine for your dirty clothes. Private garage with electronic door for 2 cars and motorcycles indoors, connected to the accommodation, truly a rarity in the downtown area! Other things to note If the number of guests is less than 3, our second room with single beds may be closed; If you prefer to sleep in separate rooms, it will still be possible upon request, and the double room and the single bed in the additional room will be prepared.
