Paoli Place

You will be close to everything when staying at Paoli Place. It is a great location if you are exploring Madison, Verona or Mt. Horeb and is ideal if you are working with Epic. We are located right on the Military-Ridge Trail that leads you to all of these locations. Additionally, we are a short walk to coffee shops, shops, and bars and restaurants. Our home is designed for families, professionals or small groups. The space There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a large king bedroom with a sliding door. All beds are made with freshly laundered bedding and ready for guests. The king bedroom also offers a reading chair, and comfortable desk and chair for work. High speed fiber internet is provided for ease of work and leisure. The shared entry offers access to the three flats in the building along with the washer and dryer that guests are invited to use (laundry soap provided). The kitchen has seating for four at the table, and is fully stocked with all the basics including oil and spices. It opens to the main living area that has two comfy couches, a sizable coffee table and ottoman for resting your feet. Finally, we provide Nespresso espresso, drip coffee or a standard coffee pot for brewing. Coffee is provided for all three as well as sugar, sweetener and creamer. If you forget your toothbrush, just grab one available for guests. If you need something, please ask. Thanks for choosing Paoli Place! Guest access There are two doors for entry; an exterior door that opens to a shared breezeway/laundry area and the unit entry. You will be sent a code for both of these doors at least 24-hours prior to arrival. Your code will be valid during your stay. The only other people who have access to the foyer will be us (the owners) and guests from the two other flats. All guests are filtered through the two main short term vacation rental platforms. Other things to note This is a three-flat unit with a large foyer. Parking for this flat is the front drive on the right. Additional parking is available on the street. The heating and cooling are remotely controlled and set between 70-72 degrees. We are happy to make slight changes upon request.
