An evocative and calming place to live the Tuscan dream. The space The silence and calm of nature, while enjoying the convenience of being just a few minutes from the centre of Lucignano. A strategic area for visiting the major points of interest in Tuscany. A large, lush garden, rich in fragrant essences. The large window in the living area opens onto a comfortable relaxation area with armchairs on which to share a peaceful moment cooled by the spring breeze; as well as a long wooden table and a barbeque area for laughing with friends sheltered from the summer heat. A large overflow swimming pool with sun loungers available for guests, enchanting flowerbeds and shaded relaxation areas. Belvedere Antico meets the needs of every guest, guaranteeing well-being and activity. The rustic exterior is reflected in the interior, reflecting an attention to natural details and ecological choices. The use of bamboo parquet flooring, original wooden furnishings and contact with nature prove to be allies of a restful stay. The linear kitchen with a country touch, the arched window overlooking the garden, the wooden breakfast counter and the references to the simplicity of the tatami bed are the protagonists of the living area. The characteristic bedrooms enjoy the silence and tranquillity of the countryside, allowing a peaceful sleep. Guest access The property is developed entirely on the ground floor and is composed as follows: • Entrance with parking area and driveable gravel driveway; • Large grass garden surrounding the house; • Swimming pool and barbeque area; • Outdoor patio with relaxation area; • Living area with dining room and lounge; • Linear kitchen; • One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; • One twin bedroom with single beds and en-suite bathroom; • A loft with study area and tatami bed (no door); • One room outside the house with twin bedroom and attached bathroom (only if in 8); The entrance opens into the airy living area divided into a dining area with round table overlooking the garden and a large living room with TV. Here the mezzanine with study area and floor bed (Room 4). The kitchen, the heart of the house, is well stocked and equipped with sink, stove and ceiling hood. In a rustic, linear style, it houses a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and appliances such as a coffee machine and kettle. The hallway that connects the living area to the sleeping area separates the two bedrooms with attached private bathroom. Room 1 with two single beds and Room 2 with a double bed. The 'blue room' is the last bedroom (Room 3). It is located in the outbuilding next to the house and offers two single beds and an attached private bathroom. Finally, the house has a practical laundry and storage area, with a drying rack and everything needed for laundry. Other things to note • The mezzanine overlooks the living area and has no door or attached bathroom. • The swimming pool is located in the portion of the garden shared with the owners, but is for the exclusive use of the guests from 10am to 7pm. Open from May to October. • The house has private parking within the fenced property. • Near the house there is a charming private lake within walking distance, where it is possible to kayak and/or picnic. If interested, please write to us for more information. • The property is very large and consists of several buildings, the owners live on the farm next to the guest house, so some areas such as the car park or parts of the large garden are 'shared'. However, you are only likely to see them on the day of check-in and check-out. • There are 8 dogs on the property, which are loose in the garden, barking when guests arrive, but they are docile and polite. At night they sleep with their owners. • The "blue room" with two single beds, outside the main house, will only be open if there are more than 6 persons. • Outside the garden there is an additional fenced area with our animals, including horses, sheep and chickens. • The house is surrounded by olive trees on our farm.
