Once inside the gated golf community, you will be struck by the awesome sight of our clubhouse and pool situated between the 18th and 27th greens, of the Arthur Hills designed course. The condo is situated overlooking a peaceful lake, perfect for watching sunsets. There is a master queen size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a guest room that accommodates two adults (two twin size beds) with a full bathroom. The living room is great for lounging and watching tv, while the study offers a quieter setting, and the dining room table seats four people comfortably. The condo also has outdoor space with an enclosed patio, perfect for enjoying the nature around you. The newly built building is immaculately designed and has top of the line appliances including a washer/dryer. While being located in the country club, there are lots of sights nearby that make for great exploring outside the gated community. Or many of our visitors just like to kick back and relax on the full service country club. You will leave refreshed and recharged.
