Short Walk To Derby

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Avoid the traffic headaches and walk to Churchill Downs for your weekend at the track! Centrally located, the property is a short drive to Downtown, NULU, Old Louisville, Iroquois Park, the Highlands and more! Also, very short walk for groceries, liquor store, and several restaurants. The space The house has two floors and a basement. On the main floor is the living room with a pull out couch, full size kitchen, sun room with breakfast nook, one bedroom with a murphy bed, the main bathroom and office. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a half bath. The basement has a tv room and washer and dryer. The backyard is completely fenced in if you have any animals. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. The garage will be locked. Other things to note There is no bs cleaning fee or long list of chores to be done at the end of your stay, but please keep in mind this home is my primary residence so please be respectful of the space.
