This is a perfect place to stay with friends and family while you explore all that the East Valley has to offer. This home is in a 55+ community with many amenities so we ask that one of your group be 55+. This centrally located home is close to major freeways including Hwy 60, Loop 202, and Loop 101. The space This home was built in 1970 and some of the original character was left during the recent updates. There is a back yard space with grapefruit and orange trees. The home is very close to the community pools, hot tubs, gym and more. Guest access You will have the whole home for your use during your stay. We have a vehicle parked in the garage so that is negotiable. The only place that will be inaccessible during your stay will be the storage off the garage. Other things to note We try to be very flexible with all our guests and have had a great success in many years.
