It is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house and is very centrally located. Nearby are shops, parks and the Lauerholz Forest. - Free Wi-Fi - Satellite TV - Free street parking... The space Everything has been completely renovated in 2023. Including new kitchen and new bathroom. The roof terrace is not yet usable. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor and is for your sole use. We only share the front door and the porch. You can lock the apartment door separately. Please do not lock the front door and turn off the light in the stairwell. Other things to note At check-out, please return the key to the key box and adjust the numbers!! Regarding the disposal of garbage: The appropriate garbage cans are available for garbage separation at the driveway. For the disposal of glass of any kind, there are glass containers from the city in Arnimstraße and Marliring. Please do not dispose of glass in the private trash cans.
