The space **There is a family with small children upstairs so there will be the occasional sounds and footsteps that come with small kids, heard downstairs. If you require total quiet and seclusion, this listing is not for you.** Our spacious retreat is designed for comfort and productivity, with a master bedroom (queen bed), a guest bedroom (full bed), and a dedicated home office. The interior has a newly installed kitchen (2023) with new appliances and furniture to create a clean, cozy and functional environment. Relax in the patio hammock and swing; enjoy highspeed internet; kick back and relax on the sofa (queen size sleeper) and watch the smart TV with various streaming options including Netflix and Disney+; and enjoy an assortment of boardgames and a library of books. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you'll need to cook a delicious meal (4 dining chairs and 3 stools). Toiletries are provided, but please note that although there is a spacious shower, there is no tub so if you require a tub this listing may not suite your needs. Other things to note Please note that there is a family with young children living in the upstairs unit and although steps have been taken to mitigate sounds, you may occasionally hear sounds coming from upstairs. Also, the driveway is shared; however, you will have your own dedicated parking area and patio.
