The space Located in the seaside resort of Carnon, just 10 minutes from Montpellier, our villa offers an ideal setting for a family vacation. At the entrance, you will be greeted by a driveway leading to a garden and outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer meals. On your right, an outdoor solar shower will allow you to cool off after the beach, while the Bali stone pool invites you to relax. Upon entering the house, you will discover a large living room bathed in light thanks to its two bay windows. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and an American refrigerator await you, as well as a living room with a TV and a dining room in the veranda overlooking the two gardens. A closed mezzanine master bedroom offers a bathtub, a sink, a comfortable 160 cm bed and storage (possibility to add a cot). On the ground floor you will find three beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed of 140 cm (possibility to add a cot), the second with a comfortable sofa bed offering a view of the pool; the third with two single beds of 90 cm. For your comfort, we also provide a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and toilet. A bathroom with toilet, double marble sink, Italian shower with an XXL rainwater effect shower head and mister completes this set (must be tested). Also a studio adjoining the house completes the villa with 2 extra beds. The beach is at the end of the street, the port is accessible in 15 minutes on foot, and a supermarket is located 300 meters away for your troubleshooting needs.
