Located just a 10-min bike ride from the city center, a 5-min walk to the bus stop (direct line to the city center), a 15-min walk to the seaside for a long walk or a quick swim! It is also close to the rugby stadium for fans! :-) Other things to note My place is completely non-smoking, including the balcony. But the ground floor will allow you to smoke in front of the entrance of the residence ;-) Not being a coffee drinker, I apologize but there is no coffee maker :-/ There is a parking lot if you come by car as well as bicycle parking in front of the residence!
