Conveniently located near some hot spots like; downtown Riverside 2.5 miles, freeway 1 mile, and UCR is 3 miles, Ontario airport is 17 miles, and if you like tennis, there are free open courts at a 5-minute walk. The space This home is 1,394 sqft. living area, 10,890 SQFT LOT 4 BEDROOM & 3 BATHROOMS Bedroom # 1 : 1 queen bed (sleeps 2 people) Bedroom # 2 : 2 twin beds (sleeps 2 people) Bedroom # 3 Master : 1 queen bed (sleeps 2 people) Bedroom # 4 : 2 full size beds (sleeps 4 people) Total - 10 people. Bathroom # 1 : full bath in hallway Bathroom # 2 : 3/4 bath in master bedroom #3 Bathroom # 3 : 3/4 bath outside next to pool PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SOFA FOR SLEEPING. LIVING ROOM This home has a 65 in. smart TV, dining table for 6, 4 stools next to peninsula, full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, cups, utensils, complimentary washer & dryer. ----WHAT WE PROVIDE----- Coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, one soap bar and one toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap at kitchen sink soap dispenser, five dishwasher soap, trash bags, cleaning products, detergent to wash five loads with fabric softer sheets and some bleach, and one paper towel in kitchen. These are provided for you to help you get started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. We will provide you with a welcome book of the nearest stores nearby. --POOL is 5 feet on the deep end and 3 1/2 feet on the shallow end. PARKING Two car driveway. "SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY!" two in the back and two in the front. Noise detector inside to monitor loud guests or parties. Guest access CHECK the WELCOME BOOK at the entrance of the house to learn how to power any equipment available to you. Also, POOL CLEANING Wednesday at 7am. LANDSCAPING maintenance Monday 12pm-4pm They have access through the side of the house so they will just enter, please be aware if you are checked in during those times. TRASH DAY is MONDAY morning. If you are checked in on Sunday night, we ask that you bring the trash bins from the side of the house to the street opposite side of the mailbox. STRICT QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM SUN-THUR 11PM-7AM FRI-SAT POOL OPEN HOURS: 9AM-9PM SUN-THUR 9AM-10PM FRI-SAT You have access to the entire house with private backyard pool. The welcome book at the entrance of the house will help you understand how to power the electronics, TV, washer & dryer, HVAC, and pool. I call it, "electrics 1-2-3", because it is that easy. If you need help just let me know, I can control the pool and HVAC remotely. The welcome book will show you how to turn on the spa by pressing one button preset to 99 degrees. Any other temperature please let me know and I can change it remotely. Only to heat up the pool there is an extra fee depending on season and temperature change. Other things to note Early check-in depends on if the home is cleaned early enough. You can ask if it is available, and we will confirm. No late check out as cleaners are on a schedule and we accept same day bookings.
