Welcome to our home! If you're looking for a comfy & convenient stay, our cozy room is the perfect choice. The room is fully-furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed with premium linens. A large wardrobe is provided for your convenience. As our guest, you'll have access to the shared spaces of our condo, including a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is great place to relax & unwind after exploring the city, w/ cozy sofa, SmartTV w/ Wi-fi & NETFLIX . Book your stay with us today! The space PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION and HOUSE RULES: 1. The condo unit has only 1 bedroom with queen-sized bed. A 1 HP split-type air conditioning unit is installed and a electric stand fan in the room to make the room comfortable to sleep and relax. The living room also has a 43" smart television. It is only convenient for 2 pax. We have fully equipped kitchen where you can cook. Cooking is allowed as long as you clean it afterwards. *Pls wash the dishes and use the sink strainer provided and dump food particles from the strainer to garbage bin. *Pls leave the kitchen as it was when you arrived and thanks for helping us keep it in a good working order! 2. For guest/s with car, NO PARKING is available. 3. Strong Fiber Wi-fi is available all over the unit (up to 18 mbps) 4. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet has a bidet. No hot shower. Bathroom is clean and sanitized so is the whole unit. 5. Clean linens and towels are provided. You may bring your own toiletries and slippers. Body soap and shampoos are available for free to use. Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet paper is also available, but please don't throw the toilet paper and other feminine napkins on the toilet bowl to avoid clogging 6. Strictly no partying and no pets allowed (As per condo policy) 7. Pool access has to notify host prior booking. The pool is upon request and has a fee per day for non-resident (As per condo policy). 8. If there are damage items please let us know so we can discuss for the repairment. 9. Important rule is for you to enjoy the experience renting our space! Please take good care of our things as much as we do. Guest access The place is a SELF CHECK-IN. The house code will be sent after confirmation of booking. Once the booking is confirmed, please send the copy of each guest's IDs to fill out guest forms. The condo has basket ball court, kids playground and a pool (3ft to 5ft) (UPON REQUEST No booking, No access). Other things to note The standard rate is only good for 2 maximum. However, if more than 2, each extra guest has to pay Php 500/pax. Note: No extra foam will be provided as the space is kind of small but will provide a Towel. * STRICTLY No unregistered guest is allowed. *Please be honest with the declared number of guest/s.
