A Newly Modern, Stylish Condo with Balcony show casing the Makati Skyline. This Family Suite “A” unit is located on the 40th floor and is fully furnished. The unit is equipped with UNLIMITED high speed internet (100 Mbps), Netflix, A/C, Smart Lock keyless entry and is located in the center of Manila. Easily accessible with transportation to reach your destinations. Some notable locations to visit, shop and dine are SM Mega Mall, Robinson’s Mall, Shangri-la Plaza, St. Francis Square, and MAKATI. The space Condo unit has 1 Bedroom (24.20 sqm suite A) with 1 Full QUEEN-size bed and window viewing the Skyline. There is also a big mirror and closet to hang clothes. We can only accommodate 2 people in a room, due to Fame's strict POLICY only 2 visitors are allowed in our unit. Please note we are not allowed to change the registered names on the day of check in and any day after that. Building security is fairly strict, so we will need to pre register your names before arrival. We will ask a copy of your Passport (foreigners) or Government issued ID (local guests). Entry code will be provided 1 hour before arrival. The code is changed after every stay. Pool Area: Only 2 authorized guests are allowed to use the pool from 6AM-10PM EXCEPT Mondays which are closed due to cleaning. Can pay directly to CASHIER once checked in. Cashier is located at 2nd floor, OPEN Monday- Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday (9am to 1pm only). Sunday cashier is CLOSED, please inform me earlier so I can assist you for coupons access to pool😊 🏊‍♀️150/pax Weekdays 🏊‍♀️300/pax Weekends and Holidays. For PARKING ACCESS: There are paid parking spots around the premises 300/per night(we need 1-2 days reservation prior your check in) please inform us early for your reservation. Other options for parking is at the Greenfield Parking along Mayflower St. Php 50 for first 3 hrs. and Php 20 for each hour after. Overnight parking is Php 500 pesos will be charged if you go out after 10am the next day. Other things to note Optional: House keeping service is available for FREE only LONG TERM rent (2-4weeks stay and more). I’m giving a schedule prior a day of cleaning. Thank you 😊
