Located 15 minutes drive from Soufriere town, the property is powered by solar energy, harvests rainwater, and practices organic farming. Consisting of 3 levels of living space, with two studio suites on the top floor and a ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment for rent. Each unit blends comfort with modern, eco-friendly living. We aim to offer a tranquil getaway while preserving the environment. The space Our goal is to offer guests a welcoming alternative to traditional hotel accommodations, providing a home-away-from-home experience that is cost-effective, private, and enriched with community and cultural connections—all while offering modern amenities for a comfortable stay. To achieve this, we have designed a pricing strategy that minimises booking costs by covering service fees (approximately 14% of daily rates) ourselves, ensuring guests don’t bear this expense. However, if the guests are part of a team, the door can be opened to allow free movement between the suites. Other things to note To make a reservation, guests must provide their full name and a valid phone number for each guest. Visitors are not permitted. In the event that early check-in or late checkout cannot be accommodated, luggage storage may be offered to guests. For getting around during your stay, we highly suggest renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle, which is the most appropriate choice for navigating both the area and the slightly challenging final two-minute drive to the property. Public transport isn't available in the area. If driving isn't your preference, we can recommend reliable taxi drivers who offer package deals.
